 Hannah Zara Hans
 Head of Pharma Strategic Intelligence

 “State of the Pharma and Medtech Industry”

Hannah brings over 13 years of experience spanning the pharmaceutical industry and clinical settings. She has deep expertise in both medical and commercial strategy across multiple therapy areas, supporting products at various stages of development.

In 2024, she joined GlobalData as Director of Immunology, where she led a team of analysts focused on delivering commercial insights, forecasting, and market dynamics. As well as working closely with clients to discuss assumptions around forecasts. Prior to this, Hannah spent nine years at GlaxoSmithKline, most recently in the Commercial Early Asset Strategy team, where she contributed to early pipeline decisions and portfolio planning.

Hannah has worked on several global product launches, competitive readiness initiatives, and external engagement strategies, including advisory boards and international conference activities. Earlier in her career, she spent four years as a Clinical Pharmacist, working both in a hospital setting and within a Clinical Commissioning Group in Manchester, England. Hannah holds a Master of Pharmacy, a Postgraduate Clinical Diploma, and an Executive MBA from London Business School.

  “From Data to Discovery: Reimagining
 Pharma & MedTech Information”

Henry Wei, MD, is Executive Director, Development Innovation at Regeneron, aimed at accelerating clinical research. Dr Wei previously worked at Google, the White House, Aetna, and McKinsey. Dr Wei has co-authored several patents on applied artificial intelligence in healthcare and on real-world data, outcomes and drug safety. He earned his MD at Cornell, his graduate and undergraduate degrees at Harvard University, and did additional informatics training at Stanford and Harvard.

Dr Wei is an adjunct faculty member at Weill-Cornell Medicine in Health Policy and Research. He currently leads TransCelerate’s pragmatic trials workstream within the Real-World Data initiative.
